It’s Time to Possess Your Inheritance

It’s time to inherit everything that God has left with your name on it!  It’s time to eat the good of the land! Jeremiah 29:11 tells us that as our heavenly Father, God has a wonderful life and happy ending prepared for us. Just as any good parent wants to set their children up for life, so does our heavenly father. He wants the best for us. Like when the Children of Israel inherited the Promise Land, Hebrews 3-4 tells us that the promise is still applicable today. Don’t waste another year in the wilderness, wandering around in circles but going nowhere. Get all your Father has given to you today. Be strong and of good courage, for the Lord is with you!

Ask Spirit… What Should I Do?

This afternoon for dinner, I was trying to figure out what to eat. My husband had a meeting, so I was on my own for dinner. I didn’t want a salad because I had one for lunch. Trying to think of something quick, I was not making a good choice and was just going to grab a hamburger. When I was close to home, the Spirit said, “Why don’t you just make a broccoli bacon &cheese baked potato? It is quick and easy and more nutritious, plus it is something warm for dinner. I thought, “Why didn’t I think of that? And why didn’t I even think to ask you in the first place?”

What Are You Expecting?

When a woman is pregnant, we also say she is “expecting.” She is excitedly looking forward to the arrival of her baby with anticipation, dreaming about it, visualizing holding or feeding the baby. When she passes someone pushing a stroller, she can see herself doing the same thing. She can just feel those little hands and feet and kiss that soft little face, as if she had already delivered her baby.

Say What I Say to See What I See

“Because of faith Sarah also received physical power to conceive a child, even when she was long past the age for it, because she considered God Who had given her the promise to be faithful and trustworthy and true to His word.” (Hebrews 11:11)

The Match Game (11:11)

11:11 is a magic number to me, so today is a special day for me. When I see 11:11 I think of Hebrews 11:11 which reminds me to “Match” my words with God’s words.  He says, “Say what I say, to See what I see!” Sarah, like Abraham, also believed that “Anything is possible to him that believes” (Mark 9:23).

  • Confining Actions – or – Propelling Actions

It’s Your Choice! What YOU believe rules you or dominates you. It has a domino effect…

Self-defeating thoughts turn into…

Limiting beliefs which turn into…

Confining actions or behavior

Keeping you stuck in the mud, spinning your wheels but going nowhere

Your Journey Has Just Begun

I received this brochure in the mail and the Spirit said, Some of you have felt like you are trapped and at the end of your rope and there is no way out. You may have even felt like the enemy had taken you out into the ocean and trying to drown you 50 foot under. You are fighting for your life to get back up to the surface. But God says, You will live and not die! You will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Where there seems to be no way out, HE will make a way out of your situation. This is not the end…it is only the beginning!

A New Day, A New Year!

Happy New Year!

Some of you may have woke up this morning, walked outside, and said, “This looks the exact same as it did yesterday. Nothing has changed. It’s going to be the same old-same old as last year.”
.
But God says… “I have a good future in store for you!”(Jeremiah 29:11) This is not the same as last year or the year before. I am making all things new. Can you not see it? Yesterday was yesterday, today is a new day, as sure as the sun rose this morning. Who knows what today holds? Live it, not try to relive yesterday in regret or live in anxiousness about tomorrow. Stay here with Me… in the present! I am here… so what can possibly happen to you that I can’t handle?

Going Through…

When, Not If…

“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned or scorched, nor will the flame consume you.”  (Isaiah 43:2)

I had a dream last night about going through the fire. This verse in Isaiah was going through my spirit, but the part that struck me was “When” you walk through the fire or pass through the floods… not “If.” Sometimes we find ourselves in dire circumstances and it is not our choice; we did nothing to get there…like Joseph, like Daniel, or like the 3 Hebrew Children in the fiery furnace. We wish we could get out of it, but there is nothing we can do about it. We just have to keep moving forward and trusting God for the outcome. It’s all or nothing, do or die.
