Say What I Say to See What I See

“Because of faith Sarah also received physical power to conceive a child, even when she was long past the age for it, because she considered God Who had given her the promise to be faithful and trustworthy and true to His word.” (Hebrews 11:11)

The Match Game (11:11)

11:11 is a magic number to me, so today is a special day for me. When I see 11:11 I think of Hebrews 11:11 which reminds me to “Match” my words with God’s words.  He says, “Say what I say, to See what I see!” Sarah, like Abraham, also believed that “Anything is possible to him that believes” (Mark 9:23).

They did not have the benefit of the written scriptures like we do, or the numerous stories in the Bible of God’s faithfulness. They believed having no proof. They just took God at His Word, that He was a man of His word as we say. God is not a man and He is Truth so He cannot tell a lie. That’s what faith is all about. A man’s word is his bond. We take God’s Word for it and that’s good enough for me. If He said it, He’ll do it, Final Answer, End of Story!

Like adjoining doors connecting two hotel rooms, both doors must be open at the same time in order to “pass through.” There are connecting doors you might say, between the spirit realm and natural realm. God’s door is open on His side. We open our door on our side when we “MATCH” our words with His Word. When both of us are saying the same thing, it’s like a dual combination vault where one person enters part of the combination and the second person enters the other half of the combination. When “both” people are in agreement to open the vault and enter their code at the same time, the vault is unlocked and opens. Matthew 18:19 says, “If two agree concerning anything, it will be done.”

So today, on 11:11… Ask what ye will and it shall be done! Match your words with God’s words, and watch what happens. Anything is possible!

The Im-possible becomes Him-possible!
